Shipping policy

This store is operated by Umbr AB (trading as Lionparts EU).
We ship orders to customers across Europe. Orders may be dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden, from the Lionparts warehouse in the United States, or from supplier warehouses within Europe, depending on product availability.
For deliveries within the European Union, shipments are typically made on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning import duties and customs charges are included where applicable. However, we reserve the right to ship under different terms if required by the specific order or destination.
We use established logistics providers such as DHL and similar carriers. The shipping method and carrier are selected at our discretion based on efficiency, cost, and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times may be provided on product pages or at checkout. These are indicative only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control may occur.
Orders may be shipped in multiple consignments if products are sourced from different locations. No additional shipping charges will apply unless explicitly agreed in advance.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment upon receipt.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, this must be noted with the carrier at delivery where possible, and reported to us within 5 days of receipt. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
If a shipment is not collected, refused, or returned due to customer-related reasons, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs, handling fees, and any additional charges from the refund.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, transport disruptions, or customs-related issues.
