This store is operated by Umbr AB (trading as Lionparts EU).
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period by contacting contact@lionparts-europe.com. The withdrawal period is considered met if you send your notification before the 14-day period has expired.
Once withdrawal has been communicated, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and protective materials. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or apply deductions to the refund amount if the returned items show signs of use, installation, damage, or are incomplete.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided sufficient proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products made to order, customized, or otherwise clearly personalized
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items not returned in their original condition, including missing packaging or components
If a product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. Failure to report such issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
